Inwards Item 20: Letter from Kiwi West Aquatics requesting re-instatement of Long Distance Trophies and requesting information on National Fixtures / Records from 1985-2000 for a Kiwi West Aquatics Honours Board. Letter of reply to be sent to Kiwi West Aquatics requesting clarification on which Long Distance Trophies they refer to and to also advise that the other information is available, however as it would involve an enormous amount of work Kiwi West Aquatics would need to be charged for any costs incurred.

Inwards Item 28: Query with regards to supplying timekeepers for 800m and 1500m events at Winter Leagues with regards to the possibility of more than one swimmer from a club being in each heat. Reply to advise that these events will be seeded as normal per Meet Manager - i.e. fastest 6 swimmers per heat, and that endeavours will be made to advise clubs if there is more than one swimmer from the same club in each heat.

Swimming Committee Meeting

Next Meeting on Wednesday 14th May at Nancee's residence at 7.30pm.

An item for the Swimming Committee to look at will be the Swimming Manawatu Policy Manual with the suggestion being that policies be placed into groups, so that a 'group' of policies can be reviewed throughout the year, rather than an annual review of the whole policy manual.
